🔹 หน้าที่หลัก (Key Responsibilities)
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบต่างๆ ภายในโรงแรม
Maintain and repair hotel systems and equipment - ตรวจสอบความพร้อมใช้งานของอุปกรณ์และระบบวิศวกรรม
Ensure all engineering systems are functioning properly - แก้ไขปัญหางานซ่อมบำรุงอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Respond to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently - ดูแลระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา แอร์ และเครื่องจักรต่างๆ
Maintain electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and machinery systems - ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
Follow safety standards and procedures
🔹 งานประจำ (Daily Tasks)
- ตรวจเช็คระบบไฟฟ้า น้ำ และเครื่องปรับอากาศประจำวัน
Perform daily checks on electrical, water, and HVAC systems - ซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุดในห้องพักและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
Repair defective equipment in guest rooms and public areas - รับใบแจ้งซ่อม (Work Order) และดำเนินการแก้ไข
Handle maintenance requests (work orders) - บันทึกงานซ่อมและรายงานผล
Record maintenance work and report status - ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เช่น Front Office และ Housekeeping
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping)
🔹 ทักษะที่จำเป็น (Required Skills)
- มีความรู้ด้านไฟฟ้า ประปา หรือเครื่องกล
Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems - มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
Problem-solving skills - มีความรับผิดชอบและทำงานเป็นทีมได้
Responsible and a team player - สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
Ability to work under pressure - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใส่ใจความปลอดภัย

- ระยะเวลาในการแก้ไขงานซ่อม
Response time to maintenance issues - จำนวนงานซ่อมที่เสร็จตามกำหนด
Completion rate of work orders - จำนวนการเสียซ้ำของอุปกรณ์
Equipment breakdown frequency - ความพึงพอใจของแผนก/ลูกค้า

🔹 คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น (Basic Qualifications)
- วุฒิ ปวช. / ปวส. หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Vocational or diploma in engineering or related field - มีประสบการณ์งานช่างจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Experience in maintenance is a plus - สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
Able to work shifts - มีใบอนุญาต (ถ้ามี) เช่น ช่างไฟ
Certification/license is an advantage
