Our model combines expert talent with proprietary technology, including IVI Infinito RMS and PerfectCheck F&B Revenue System, delivering enterprise-level commercial performance for independent and branded hotel portfolios at a fraction of the cost of an in-house team.

We operate from offices in Bangkok, Singapore, and Germany, working with internationally branded and independent properties across Thailand and Europe, with a growing pipeline across Asia-Pacific and European markets.

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented OTA and Revenue Specialist to manage the online presence and pricing strategies for our portfolio of hotel clients. Reporting directly to the Group Director of Revenue, your primary goal is to maximise Room Revenue and RevPAR by optimising OTA rankings, managing inventory, and executing dynamic pricing strategies across multiple properties simultaneously.

This is a hands-on role. You will own the online performance of real client accounts from day one.

Key Responsibilities

**Platform Management**

– Oversee and optimise client hotel profiles across all major OTAs including Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia
– Ensure content, imagery, and room descriptions are current, accurate, and competitive across all platforms
– Monitor Content Scores and Visibility Rankings to keep client hotels appearing on the first page of search results

**Revenue and Pricing**

– Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to implement daily rate adjustments and stay restrictions
– Design and execute tactical promotions including Last Minute, Early Bird, and Mobile-only rates to drive occupancy during low-demand periods
– Support the revenue team with pricing strategy and yield management recommendations

**Inventory and Distribution**

– Manage channel manager platforms including Opera, SiteMinder, or similar to ensure 100% inventory parity and prevent overbookings
– Maintain allotments, restrictions, and stop-sell actions across all connected channels
– Ensure rate parity across all OTA and direct booking channels at all times

**Reporting and Analysis**

– Prepare weekly and monthly production reports for clients highlighting pickup trends, cancellations, and market share
– Track OTA performance metrics, conversion rates, and channel contribution across the portfolio
– Identify patterns and anomalies in the data and flag opportunities or risks proactively

About You

You understand that a 1% improvement in conversion translates directly to revenue for our clients. You are proactive by nature, not reactive, and you do not lose track of the details when managing multiple accounts at once.

**You will ideally have:**

– Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, or front office and reservations at a supervisory level
– Proficiency with at least one major channel manager and OTA extranet platforms
– Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets to track numbers and identify trends
– Fluent in Thai and proficient in English, essential for navigating global OTA platforms and communicating with international partner support teams
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hotel accounts simultaneously
– Right to work in Thailand

**Plus points:**

– Familiarity with Opera, SiteMinder, STAAH, Cloudbeds, or similar platforms
– Knowledge of revenue management concepts, dynamic pricing, and distribution strategy
– Data analytical skills including Pivot Tables or Power BI
