We operate from offices in Bangkok, Singapore, and Germany, working with internationally branded and independent properties across Thailand and Switzerland, with a growing pipeline across the Asia-Pacific and European markets.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Portfolio Revenue Analyst to join our Bangkok-based team. Reporting directly to the Group Director of Revenue, you will support a live portfolio of internationally branded hotel clients across Thailand and Switzerland, with more properties coming on board.

This is a hands-on role. You will work on real accounts from day one, not just produce reports. If you enjoy working with data, spotting trends before they become problems, and contributing to commercial decisions that actually move numbers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

– Analyse hotel performance, market trends, and competitor activity across the portfolio to identify revenue opportunities
– Monitor pricing, occupancy, pace, pickup, and demand trends on a daily basis
– Produce daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance dashboards
– Maintain forecasts and on-the-books analysis across multiple properties
– Support pricing, inventory, and yield management strategies
– Assist with preparation of weekly revenue meeting materials, owner reports, budgets, and business plans
– Manage distribution channel operations including rate loading, OTA content, and parity monitoring
– Work across systems including Opera, SiteMinder, and IVI Infinito RMS
– Support Corporate RFP submissions and account-level analysis
– Provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive commercial performance across the portfolio

About You

You are detail-oriented, naturally analytical, and comfortable working across multiple properties simultaneously. You pick things up fast and are not afraid to ask the right questions.

**You will ideally have:**

– Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, distribution, or commercial hotel operations
– Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting
– Hands-on experience with Opera, SiteMinder, or similar PMS and channel manager platforms
– Good written and spoken English, sufficient for communication with international hotel teams including European properties
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
– A genuine interest in hotel commercial performance, not just reporting for the sake of it
– Right to work in Thailand
