Assistant F&B Manager
Job Description
• Assist in managing daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained
• Supervise and support F&B team members, including training and performance management
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Control costs, manage inventory, and support budgeting processes
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in planning promotions, events, and special functions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
