• 1-3 years of experience in Restaurant / F&B operations, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop the team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest-oriented mindset.

• Good command of English communication; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
