PCL Hospitality Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead Panorama Tubkaek Krabi Beach Resort, a beachfront resort located in Tubkaek, Krabi. We are particularly looking for a hands-on hotelier with a strong Food & Beverage background who understands how to position and operate a resort as a complete guest experience—not only through Rooms, but also through restaurants, bars, culinary experiences, and other revenue opportunities. The General Manager will take overall responsibility for resort operations, commercial performance, P&L, guest satisfaction, people development, and service standards, working closely with the Owner and PCL Hospitality Corporate Team. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or senior hotel leader, preferably within a resort environment.

A strong Food & Beverage background, with practical understanding of restaurant and bar operations, culinary concepts, F&B profitability, cost control, and guest experience.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost management.

A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build, engage, and develop a high-performing team.

A strong understanding of both Rooms and F&B operations, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability across the resort.

The ability to communicate professionally and confidently in both Thai and English, verbally and in writing.

The ability to work effectively with the Owner, PCL Hospitality Corporate Team, business partners, guests, and hotel team members.

The ability to work lawfully in Thailand without additional employer-sponsored visa or work permit arrangements.

Willingness to be based in Tubkaek, Krabi.
