- Ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and that they are properly entered on a timely basis. - Manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making - Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management team to drive business performance - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements - Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals - Participate in and comply with the hotel?s EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Sustainability programs, including attending meetings and reporting issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

5-10 years' experience in Finance & Accounting Department

Degree in Accounting or Finance

Have good English communication skills

Have good problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
