-Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Front Office team and maintain a good relation with the guests. -Responsible for up keeping guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. -Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager on a daily basis.
