• Manages daily kitchen shift operations, ensuring full compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures. • Ensures the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, while strictly maintaining food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations. • Estimates weekly and daily production needs, and effectively communicates requirements to kitchen personnel on a daily basis. • Supervises, mentors, and coaches kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and driving employee productivity and engagement. • Leads by example in guest relations, interacts with guests to obtain feedback, and professionally resolves any food-related complaints.
