- Control and developed all bar duty roster to be present and well performed all time. - Make sure all equipment are maintain and always in a good condition all time - Make sure all menu and drink are update and always in a good condition. - Opening shift list and Close list are report on daily basic to F&B manger. - Daily report responded and report to F& B manager on daily basic. - Support all hotel function and F&B operation need
