Manage and oversee all banquet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Plan, organize, and coordinate banquet events, meetings, conferences, and special functions Ensure all event setups meet company standards and guest requirements Supervise banquet staff and provide training to maintain service quality Coordinate with Kitchen, Sales, Front Office, and other departments regarding event arrangements Monitor staffing schedules, manpower, and operational costs Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in banquet areas Monitor inventory and banquet equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving departmental goals Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence at all times Support revenue growth through effective banquet operation management and upselling opportunities
