supervise daily accounts payable operations ดูแลทีมและระบบ AP รายวัน
verify invoices and process supplier payments ตรวจบิล + ทำจ่ายซัพพลายเออร์
monitor payment schedules and reconcile supplier accounts ติดตามกำหนดจ่าย + กระทบยอด
prepare ap reports and ensure accurate financial records ทำรายงาน AP และคุมความถูกต้อง
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
bachelor's degree in accounting or finance จบ ป.ตรี บัญชี/การเงิน
minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable ประสบการณ์ AP 3 ปีขึ้นไป
good knowledge of accounting systems and ms excel ใช้ระบบบัญชี + excel ได้ดี
hotel industry experience is preferred มีประสบการณ์โรงแรมจะได้เปรียบมาก
