Job brief
Reservation Guest Relation responsibilities include greeting guests, For this role, you should have strong communication and people skills, customer-focused, service-oriented, you should also be available to work in shifts.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant stay experience to our guests

Responsibilities

– Manage reservations
– Obtain payment information and run credit/debit card payments when required
– Send and receive emails and monitor the inbox for bookings
– Responsible to check-in the guests at the Night Shift
– Coordinate with the Host for the reservation and available room
– Monitor a clean lobby area
– Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
– Take and manage online booking through the online booking system.(Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, AirBnB, HostelWorld etc.)
– Manage the booking schedule effectively

Requirements and skills

– Maturity in the Workplace
– Good written and verbal communication skills (via phone and in-person)
– Good computer skills, with knowledge of booking systems, both in-house and online
– Demonstrable customer-service skills
– Availability to work in shifts as needed
– Able to effectively prioritize own workload and work well under pressure
– Flexible working hours.
