Job Description

1 To ensure that staffs in each shift are punctually report to work with proper and well grooming.
2. Clarifies duties and responsibilities of Front Office personnel and ensures that work flows are in logical order.
3. Monitors arrival of VIPs guest and ensure that the room blocking and amenities are well prepared prior to the arrival.
4. Bid Farewell the VIPs and other departure guest to ensure that the checking out is smoothly, guests are happy with the service and offer assistance for the next return.
5. To ensure that the lobby area and Check in Lounge is clean and tidy.
6. To ensure that guest is warmly welcome, well taken care and very comfortable with efficiency service at all the areas of guest contact points..
7. To ensure that all the stationary and equipment of every sections are well prepared and enough.
8. Be available to greet guest and to meet guest if the assistance is needed
9. Maximizes the room revenue and increasing the hotel revenue from Food & Beverage, tours and Activities as much as possible.
10. Reduces the cost of supplies and energy without effects to the standard of the services.
10. Prepares monthly report for management and owning company according to the date line given.
12. Deputies Rooms & Front Office Manager in his absence to ensure that the operation and administration in the department is smooth and under control
13. To be strictly follow the procedures and policies or assignment which laid down by the management
