Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Culinary Leadership:

Lead, inspire, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and creative work environment.
Develop and execute culinary strategies that align with the hotel’s overall objectives and brand standards.

2″Menu Development:

Create innovative and appealing menus that cater to the diverse preferences of guests.
Stay updated with culinary trends, sourcing high-quality ingredients for menu items.
Adapt menus for special events, promotions, and dietary requirements.

2.Kitchen Operations:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
Manage inventory, control costs, and implement measures to minimize food waste.
Quality Control:

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Conduct regular tastings and inspections to ensure consistency.
Staff Training and Development:

Conduct training programs for kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety, and hygiene.
Identify and nurture talent within the team, promoting professional development.
Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with the food and beverage, catering, and events teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of culinary requirements.
Participate in meetings to align food offerings with overall guest experience goals.
Budget Management:

Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage the kitchen budget.
Monitor and control costs related to food and kitchen operations.
Vendor Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure the quality of ingredients.
Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce proper hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Customer Interaction:
