Sales & Marketing ( E-commerce Manager )
Job Description
1 .Manage and oversee all online sales channels including hotel website, OTAs, and other online platforms
2. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize online revenue and market share
3. Monitor online sales performance, conversion rates, and booking trends and prepare regular reports
4. Manage room inventory, rates, promotions, and content across all online channels to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
5. Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to implement pricing strategies and promotional offers
6. Maintain and update website content including room descriptions, images, packages, and promotions
7 Plan and manage digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, online advertising, and social media in coordination with the marketing team
8 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities
9. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards across all online platforms
10. Work closely with IT, Operations, and external partners to ensure smooth system integration and functionality
11. Manage online customer reviews, feedback, and reputation in coordination with relevant departments
12. Monitor and control e-commerce and digital marketing budgets effectively
13. Prepare forecasts and performance reports on online sales for management review
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing or General Manager
