Engineering (Air Conditioner Technician)

Job Description

1. Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation systems
2. Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioners, including split units, AHU, FCU, and other HVAC equipment
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdown calls from guest rooms and public areas
4. Ensure all air conditioning systems operate efficiently and maintain appropriate temperature and air quality
5. Clean, adjust, and replace filters, belts, motors, and other related components as required
6. Record maintenance work, repairs, and parts used in maintenance logs or job cards
7 .Follow safety procedures and hotel engineering standards at all times
8. Coordinate with other engineering team members to support overall maintenance operations
9. Assist with installation of new air conditioning units and system upgrades when required
10. Monitor energy usage and report any abnormalities or potential issues to the supervisor
11. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and proper order
12 Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Engineering Manager
