Banquet Sales Manager
Job Description
-Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies, generate leads, conduct venue tours, and close deals for banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
-Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact, understand client needs, draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.
-Event Coordination: Collaborate with Chefs / F&B team, operations, and decor teams to plan layouts, staffing, menus, and special requests, ensuring smooth event management and execution.
-Financial Management: Achieve revenue targets and manage event budgets for profitability.
-Team Leadership: Supervise related team staff, provide training, and ensure high service standards.
-Operational Oversight: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), monitor event setup, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
– Monitor and manage market intelligence of industry competition and trends.
Essential Skills:
-Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
-Knowledge of food & beverage service, event planning, and hospitality operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience in Banqueting / Wedding / Corporate Group sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Banquet sales management.
Fluent in English is required.
